5BY5 Engineers was founded by Brock Centlivre in 2016.
With experience in consulting engineering and construction management, Brock aimed to make building operations simple, reliable, and efficient for clients throughout Kansas City and its surrounding areas.
Since our inception, we’ve had a reputation for simplifying many complex MEP systems, particularly in the healthcare sector. Finding the struggles in the transition of a project from the consulting engineer to the MEP subcontractors gave Brock the passion for simplifying this process. We have made it our mission to perfect that transition.
We believe that by simplifying building system operations we can provide our customers with highly efficient and cost-effective mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions that bring comfort and peace of mind.
