As the Alphapointe grew, so did its need for expanded warehousing and workshop space. In addition to the 23,000-square-foot expansion and 2,500-square-foot remodel, Alphapointe also sought to upgrade the exterior lighting throughout the property.

Rush Trucking's facility in Kansas City had not been updated or properly maintained for over two decades. The aging systems, including outdated HVAC and electrical panels, had far exceeded their lifespan.

This project was a flagship retail store for the Fresh Karma dispensary group in Kansas City, Missouri.
