Harrison County Community Hospital

Harrison County Community Hospital was looking to replace their Greenfield Hospital project site and needed qualified commissioning services.

5BY5 Engineers was brought in early to provide commissioning services through the design and construction phases, ensuring the project met performance goals from the start. The client selected 5BY5 based on our longstanding working relationship with ACI Boland and our extensive experience with complex healthcare MEP systems.

Our team was eager to join the project, as it aligned well with both our technical expertise and our familiarity with the project team. Engaging early allowed us to integrate commissioning into the design process, helping to guide key decisions around system performance and maintainability. When the project encountered budget challenges during the bidding phase, we worked collaboratively with the team to find cost-effective solutions that didn’t compromise quality or functionality.

Construction is ongoing, and 5BY5 continues to play an active role in verifying proper installation and preparing the owner’s team for long-term success. While the facility isn’t finished yet, we’ve already begun assisting with system training and ensuring the MEP infrastructure is built to operate efficiently from day one.
