In a nutshell, we started in 2016 with the knowledge that by simplifying building system operations we could provide our customers with highly efficient and cost-effective mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions.
Since we began our work has taken off! We have a reputation of simplifying the most complex MEP systems particularly in the healthcare sector. Today we serve a range of local clients out of our Crossroads office in downtown Kansas City.
MEET OUR team
BROCK CENTLIVRE, PE
My unique perspective of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems comes from over 15 years of experience working on many challenging and complex projects in the region. My work has involved engineering for multiple phases of a buildings lifecycle including design, construction, commissioning and operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions.
My aim ultimately, in any project, is in helping our clients create the positive impact they desire in their communities. With my training in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and background as a licensed engineer, I’m confident we can achieve our vision of MEP systems that are simple to operate and streamlined for maximum efficiency and comfort.
SCOTT GROSHANS, PE
I landed in the field of engineering with a knack for math and physics and an innate curiosity for how things work.
Since graduating from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Architectural Engineering, I’ve gained experience in mechanical design and engineering in Healthcare, office buildings, retail, warehouses, and repair garages. I obtained my Professional Engineer license in 2013.
I’ve been exposed to mechanical systems of all types and sizes, from packaged unitary equipment to custom air handling units and water-cooled chillers to steam pressure reducing stations, and many others. My favorite projects are those that require extra thought and consideration, be it in terms of systems and controls complexity or spatial limitations.
CHRIS HOWARD, PE
I bring 15 years of advanced experience to the table, primarily in the design of Healthcare facilities, and a variety of other national commercial projects.
I am passionate about my home town, Kansas City, and I’m dedicated to its success so my objective is to contribute to the success of each of our clients and the buildings they operate. I love working collaboratively with our clients’ design and construction teams. My degree in Mechanical Engineering and license in Mechanical Engineering for HVAC design gives me the ability to help our clients achieve their desired outcome.
